How to set up your workspace, bring suppliers onboard, and turn their responses into an audit-ready report.

    Create your workspace

    Sign up and set up your company profile. Singapore is pre-selected as the default country, and you can invite teammates right away.

    Invite your team

    Add colleagues with role-based access — Owner, Admin, Member, or Auditor — so the right people can review submissions without sharing one login.

  3. 3

    Invite your suppliers

    Send a single invite or upload a bulk list. Each supplier receives a secure email with a link to their own dedicated portal — no account sharing required.

    Assign the right questionnaire

    Match each supplier to the ESG questionnaire that applies to them so they only see the questions relevant to their relationship with you.

    Track progress as it comes in

    Your portfolio health view shows who has submitted, who's in progress, and who's overdue, so you always know where to follow up.

    Review and decide

    Approve a clean submission, or reject it with a required note. Suppliers see exactly what to fix and can resubmit directly from their portal.

    Generate your audit report

    Once your suppliers are submitted and reviewed, compile a compliance report with built-in quality and confidence indicators — ready to hand to your own auditors.

For Suppliers

How to respond to an ESG request from a company you work with, from invite to submission.

    Receive your invite

    A company you work with sends a secure email invite asking for your ESG and sustainability information.

  2. 2

    Log in to your portal

    Use the link in your invite email, or sign in with credentials, to reach your own dedicated supplier dashboard.

  3. 3

    See what's being asked, and why

    Your dashboard shows who's requesting the information and why, plus a checklist of the questions and evidence you'll need to provide.

    Answer the questionnaire

    Work through each question at your own pace — your progress is saved automatically as you go.

  5. 5

    Upload your evidence

    Attach supporting documents, like certificates, policies, or reports, directly to the relevant question.

  6. 6

    Submit for review

    Once everything's complete, submit your response. Your status updates from In Progress to Submitted so you always know where things stand.

  7. 7

    Resolve any feedback

    If a reviewer asks for changes, you'll see the exact reason and can correct and resubmit your evidence directly from the same portal.
