Refund Policy

1. Overview

Juant.io offers subscription-based plans billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy describes when and how refunds are available. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and has no billing or refund implications.

3. Paid Subscriptions — General Policy

All paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or as described in the exceptions below. You will continue to have access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscribers)

If you are a first-time subscriber to any paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. This guarantee applies only to the first purchase and cannot be applied to renewals or plan upgrades.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at billing@juant.io with your account email and order reference within the 14-day window.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as provided under Section 4 or Section 6.

6. Service Outages and Exceptional Circumstances

If the Service experiences a verified, extended outage (exceeding 48 consecutive hours) caused by factors within our control, we will consider pro-rated credits or refunds at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident to billing@juant.io.

7. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate and are generally non-refundable beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee window (Section 4). If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, access continues until the end of the annual term; no refund is issued for remaining months.

8. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan refund terms are governed by the individual contract or order form signed with Juant.io. Where no specific terms are stated, this Refund Policy applies.

9. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at billing@juant.io before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

10. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
